Rare New Disease Poem by Laura arwen

Rare New Disease

Sometimes I imagine
to have some
rare disease
The rare diseases
are always the
nastiest and most
painful to accept
I dream to
have a rare
disease so I
can obtain a
subsidy and don't
work
People who have
it don't want
compassion or false
comprehension
It is a
particular world
There isn't a
future for the
people who have
it
I'm not scared
to face it
because it gives
me special moments
It can lead
to the respect
for life and
for simple things
The sufferings are
many and varied
and you can
not relieve
There are lot
of problems and
uncertainties with this
disease
It absorbs all
energies and all
the vitally
It is a
lost and silent
battle
With it we
are terribly weak
and sleepily
It make us
feel altered and
intoxicated
It is physically
unbearable
