Each night we look up to the heavens,
at all the stars twinkling bright.
We all hope there is a star
for us up there.
The star we wish upon,
and hope our wishes will be granted,
with the coming of the dawn.

I love this, have many poem myself about stars and wishing and hope and dreams. Perhaps because I'm always wishing that just 'one' wish would come true once in a while.....wonderful, says so much in limited lines.....~~~~marci.xo
