POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Chicken Recipe: Lemon including zest, Rosemary, Turmeric, Olive Oil, Water. Beat and Marinate chicken for overnight without water. Add water and olive oil to a seasoned cast iron skillet to braised and flip pieces over until cooked well done. Sprinkle Sea Salt afterwards for crunch and help with digestive system. No white rice unless made sticky like Korean style or get a mixture of a wholesome rice unheard of to you and do yourself a favor along with your kids... keep it in stockpile. Grow your own if you have too. Also you can save the rice starch for crisper cut khakis and jeans; remember Sarah Boone's invention too. Get your buster boots like Isom Dart and you will be alright.
