Pray not

Pray not
When you are caught
In between road
With heavy load

It will be counter productive
And purely indicative
Of selfish nature
That you are offering prayers

God knows
And allows
You time to approach
But not as such

You rush as and when like
Or when bad fortune strikes
You are needed to trust
And prayers are must

He is there to help when time is critical
It should not bother honest individual
He is there to protect when needed
But not each time prayers are conceded
