Reality Of Death Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Reality Of Death

Raking coals and embers into the hearth of my soul,
believing in faith even when I can't seem to see it
anywhere in my visions.

Regaling feelings soaring higher into realms of
contemplation where no one can find me.

Filling every corner of imagination with a semi-
reality of death's embrace it slowly walks me
beyond
