Reignited Dreams Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

Reignited Dreams

Rating: 5.0

With the twines of many a shattered dream
I weave for myself a tunic of new dream.
A dream that I now drape over my eyes
That shuts off disappointments with its patterns bright:
I hope, this time, my dreams shall hold to its roots
Soar skyward, unfurl leaves and bear fruits.
Ah, with the twines of many a broken dreams
I try lay siege to my shattered dreams!

From the broken threads of old dreams, you have woven a new fabric of fresh dreams..... Let them soar high and take you to new territories! Sweet short poem, profound and capturing!

Welcome back Sir after a long time. Beautiful poem combined with sadness. Surely an old dream should be replaced with a new one, which will hold on its roots. Disappointments are a matter of time when new leaves sprout along with new dreams one will forget all. Beautiful presentation. Thank you for beautiful comments for my poems.
