'Next to the gentle river I laid;
toes in the sand, my feet buried deep.
while Sun warms my cool skin,
from the cold waters I climbed out.
I lay my book down, and look to blue sky.
In flight the moon danced pale in cool blue sky,
as I while away the hours of a hot day..................

short yet a very beautiful poem... very refreshing....can touch one's heart gently as refreshing as the river flowing pictured a wonderful scene... wonderful write, my friend... 10+++ as always
