winter house is an iceberg
residents within Titanic struck iceberg
wife children lifeboat escaped
husband endures ice waters abandoned

p1to all who read this poem bemoan my fate, my wife did not abandon the house pack bags escape, she is holidaying in the tropical climes of the island of Java, with our two daughters in birth place home of all three city Jakarta, I am happy they are enjoying the heat

I wrote the poem 'A Tale Of Tragedy: Wow Is Nuclear Family Nuked', inspired by my reply to a comment on the poem 'Residents Within Titanic Struck Iceberg', by the poet M.J. Lemon and dedicated to the poet M.J. Lemon.
p2to help pay necessity bills with falling worker wages, finally with divorce separation the nuclear family was nuked, tragically usually solo mothers raising children alone.
p1I also liked the lines. The extended family had grandparents to help raise the family and impart love and wisdom, the nuclear family two parents although economics forced mothers into the workforce

p2reconnecting with family friends culture cuisine; as for me I am home alone I write a few poems, man the house do chores feed the cat, the cat with mother absent is often my shadow showering me with love affectionate
