Thou art statesman that needs respect
Should that respect not equally given to others?
If that statesman openly insults a citizen as ‘Stupid'
Is that statesman not equally ‘Stupid' himself?

Yes I agree with your conception. As we climb to higher post our responsibility towards communication becomes even more important. We need to be more better and more good inorder to see our staff be good. Power never yields good but power operating in humility definitely always wins.
