He Who holds the universe holds you
In the palm of His hands
What He said in His Word is True,
His Spirit will make you understand.
Rest in the God Who alone can keep
You safe from harm, give you peace
Whether you're awake or in deepest sleep
He is God Almighty, true to His promise.

'He will cover you with His feathers,
and under His wings you will find refuge;
His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.'
