Returning Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Returning

Returning

Proud and llama-like
-fury and black, dark
-its head high as flag,
-walked before master to
-declare win and success…

Had done its outgoing
-was victor of the war…
-its stool, man carried!

Between teeth dog held the
-master end of the leash!

Self serving slaves are
-the dogs and the llamas
-as tells us Beecher Stowe
-in fictious Uncle Tom!

Born to die are slaves!
-for the sake of masters!
-how is not important!

One must hate brainwash
-taught through dogs, llamas.
