Ride It Poem by Stewart Watkins

Ride It

Rating: 5.0

Up, up arduous hills
Coasting down feeling the thrills

Through the forest and back to asphalt
Navigating this earthly plane that God wrought

Boldly bending curves
Keeping it steady, no swerves

Coasting the electric light highways
Meticulously plodding the murky byways

Hanging on meandering roads
Just riding and shaking the load.
Oh, rocky roads go bumpity bump
Holding fast through the thumps

Swampy lands, please travel too
Be it night or day, see yourself come through

Don't hide it
Just ride it

Ride freely
Enjoy abundantly

In and through the rain, ride
The benevolent sun is shining on the other side

Ride It
