River Poem by Satya Pratik

River

There is a river flowing,
Touching the last stairs of my house,
Sorry, Home!
It brings closed bottles,
With message from afar.
The river goes to her house too.
I wonder,
If she is sitting with all the flowers,
She smells like?
Or there are deer around her neck and,
kingfisher on her shoulder.
With the muddy bank,
And some fishes coming to surface,
Just to have a look.
At the mermaid out of river.
Is the river carrying her tears down to the sea?
Or is it mine that makes the sea,
Salty!
