Roads Marked With Tears And Pain Poem by Terence George Craddock

Roads Marked With Tears And Pain

Rating: 5.0

roads marked
with tears and pain
are scorched
in drought flooded
in torrential rain

all roads mapped
out are cut into earth sealed
engineered with effort built
with design purpose leading
to somewhere nowhere destinations

life destination choices
are made at every turn fork in the road
hopes dreams trials encountered
on the road may effort faith lead
us to peaceful rest at arrival destinations
