Robin Redbrest Poem by Daniel Bernard Kelleher

Robin Redbrest

My friend the little robin
Lands on my window ledge
Pecking at the window
impatient to be fed
Every day the same routine
Every day the same
I hear my little robin
Pecking at the window frame
I open out the window
He lands upon my hand
His redbreast he exhibits
I feed him little titbits
If you see our feather friends
Around your window ledge
Throw them out some titbits
As their looking to be fed

Very very nice Dan, and a timely reminder to feed the birds too! ! Your poetry is taking flight as well! !
