Roses and Lace
Time to snuggle with a spring bouquet of roses and lace.
Snuggle them to your thoughtful, beautiful face.
Sipping some cool jasmine tea, with no regard for hours.
Nay, the world with its endless exhortations to grimness
and tearful showers.
Be in stillness with your God, who removes sadness.
Hence, comes joy and unspeakable gladness.
