R-oses in the garden
H-ave brightened the day;
O-ne wonderful morn breaks,
N-ight shadows fade
A-way.
A-ll roses in the garden
L-ast till they are taken;
C-rimson, yellow and white
A-llow the hearts to open.
N-ice roses in the garden
T-ry to soothe the heart;
A-roma and enjoyment
R-emain together, not
A-part.
F-lowers of sweet fragrance
L-ong to ease your mind;
O-nce you smell the petals,
R-ough thorns are left behind.
E-ighth day of June morn, it's fresh air beneath the heaven;
S-ee the sweet and beautiful roses in the garden.
