Say hello to the neighbor—your fitrah, pure,
Bid farewell to your foe, false self, the Satan's lure.
Celebrate! A new day rises as yesterday falls—
What greater grace of God than life that calls.
What yesterday spoke was meant for today's new light;
Forget tomorrow—unborn, beyond sight.
It will come as it will, riding Time's swift horse—
All will be right; Time flows pure as a mountain stream.
The mind wept, burdened by pain;
Let it go—my foe's reign ends in vain.
Here stands my friend, Fitrah, to gently show—
Time as sacred flow, where peace may grow.
Understanding Time, your pain shall cease,
'Say not, 'Woe to time, I am time,
I alternate the night and the day,
and if I willed, I could seize them both', Allah says.
See Time as a day without dawn or dusk's glow.
An endless, bright day, promising peace—
All nights are delusion, mere shadows that stray—
The truth is the light, your Fitrah, clear as day.
