Say There's Another Year Where We Would Still Be A Passer By Poem by Nunam Lawati

Say There's Another Year Where We Would Still Be A Passer By

In the album of memories, I'm a face from the past,
Our encounter warmed my heart, forever that feeling shall last.

Over oceans, up mountains high,
Beneath a sky that brings us nigh.

Mere passer by or a fate designed?
In your presence, a melody, beautifully aligned.

On this page, our story takes its seat,
A love tale scripted, our memories to repeat.

If I unveil a longing sincere,
Would you trust, these emotions clear?

Imagine a world where traumas find a mend,
Would our connection be stronger, hearts on the mend?

In a waltz of time, our narrative twine,
A symphony of emotions, a love so fine.
