Scare The Kids - Poem by Ima Ryma
Children, you must have fear and guilt
About this global warming thing.
A lot of water will be spilt
From melting ice caps, that will bring
Mass drownings of polar bears cute,
That will tear at your little hearts -
Send you in therapy pursuit.
Naysayers are just mean old farts.
It doesn't matter what is true.
Go with your feelings, forget facts.
Whine and cry to your folks, yes do,
So they'll pay more for green and tax.
Yes Virginia, there's Santa Claus,
Drowned dead under the North Pole thaws.
