School's Sweet Memories Poem by wafa nisar

School's Sweet Memories

Rating: 5.0

let's remember those days when we were in school,

that warm may and that december cool

silently grumbling, coming unwillingly from home,

in white uniform as chickens of poultryfarm.

bright face, ponytail and satchel hanging our by side,

and how we loved to side on window side.

who's colour book had best seen?

to choose it was the big deal,

innocent face, naughty acts.

thats how we used to be,

like an angel we seemed to be.

as soon as time passed by,

such quickly as blink of an eye.

said bye bye to the childhood,

and little grownup,

now stylish begs were in our hands,

long hairs tied with colourfull bends.

chits passing during a boring lecture,

thinking teacher, a horrible creature.

yawning during speeches, fun at canteens,

and all that dances we did in parties.

but later that day had come which was not so cool,

with wet eyes, said Good Bye to the school.

now we wont have that moments ever,

but their memories will lasts in mind forever.
