To steady own mind ancient Yoga was designed
With steadfastly increasing power of will
While bodily feeling remain amicably keen
And mind getting busy in enjoying its feelings

Then holistic consciousness takes us over
Creating a fully linked blissful feeling
When mind-body and soul join altogether
Helping a man feel like a total being

Only true practice gets this mind-body unity
Feeling the same way as a four year old
Becoming playful, having fun in everything
Even with an intellect of grown up man

So, yoga must be practiced the eternal way
Or ends up becoming only a physical thing
Yoga assures good health to any sincere yogi
Never be fooled by Yoga-like stretching!
