Seize The Day (Carpe Diem)
I intend to live out the rest of my days
By rejoicing in every fleeting moment;
By courting love & beauty not dark despair;
By praying that vital gods will bless me.
For I know not the day nor the hour
When death will hover over me and beat
Its terrible wings and it will all end.
In a heartbeat; in the twinkling of an eye.

Wow awesome fabulous muse poem and I believe in carpe diem in as much as to enjoy life but without selling our souls to the devil, thus not the primrose path. So this super cool poem charmingly inspires me along those lines to enjoy life. Kudos. Pls pleez do review/ comment my newest poem too, titled, 'bullfighters: the bull bullies'
