Implied in this rubai are the notions of patience and moderation, that is, it does not take much wisdom to make the soul healthy, just a sip you say, exactly - read Plato's PHAEDO and meditate on it for a month - that's enough for now. And Patience - you're in this for the long term so don't expect to be a wise man in a week - How about ten years? !
