September 29th Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

September 29th

Once Silence befalls before a former spirit
Shall all, but few then dreams away
Spirit, of whom once was living
Now has passed and knows the way

Believing faith shall free from body
As thine we know shall slip and fade
Onto the everlasting
The first of every day

Dearest friend, A caring father
Though for now an unwelcome change
Not much longer, When comes December
In Heaven's fields we both shall play

There, where home is now forever
A table set with one more plate
Back home with and without holding
Family, Friends; Will celebrate
