Set Feet Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Set Feet

Set feet

You were alluring
But I was daring too
I extended hand for invitation
You were up with excitation

Music was on
The show was going on
All new people were on stage
They were in their group ages

I saw no surrounding
But my heart started pounding
The blood was rushing through veins
Still I remained excited with her smile

Will you dance with me?
I felt immensely free
Got up and set feet
She was there for me to greet

I danced till morning
Until was heard something
The door bell was ringing
The birds on tree were chirping
