Set Me Free
We are one out of seven billion
On a rock, drifting through space
That goes beyond infinite, endless
Yet here I am
Watching stars that perhaps
Are long since dead
Eyes flutter close
Set me free into that infinite
That endless space
So that I may be someone else
Anyone else than who I am now
Breath slowed
Set my soul free into the unknown
So that I may finally feel again
