Shadows



Quiet, reserved and drawn-back.
Little by little, negativity and self-
pity drown him.
Numb....he slowly grows.
In his horizon, shadows he sees...
Tempers flare, like a wild bush
fire...
Anger and rage are his addictions.
No loved ones....love erased! !
The shadows are close, closer
than he thought...
'For his heart, he made a
bargain...a bargain with the devil, '
they say.
The epitome of evil he has turned.
Shadows are all over! ! ....they
consume him..
Shadows of his father, he has
become...
