Shakespeare Toyed

Rating: 5.0

The more upset she is in her role,
the more we forgive a player's rhyming couplets
and the more is our expectance
of a rhyming tercet.

I see Shakespeare toying with the above:
for 'expectance' trying 'expection';

tangenting:
testing 'exceptance' for 'exception';

instead of 'a couplet', writing 'a brace';
for 'tercet', fabricating 'thrace';

for 'fabricating', perhaps
're-purposing', 'twisting',
for Thrace is a place.
