Shard Silver Sliver Pieces Time Bleeds Poem by Terence George Craddock

Shard Silver Sliver Pieces Time Bleeds

Rating: 5.0

mirror mirror slips
through hands
fall slips

instant glass
shard silver sliver pieces
time bleeds

time porous bleeds
where have reflections fled
when did mirror images shatter

time dusted fallen into disrepair
time lost faces years decades gone
pause moment moths light flickers

etching in glass
captured in crystal
mist fleeting faces

glass melts in furnace
great heat resists solidity
no memory form shapes

sand silica melts liquid flows
waiting to assume shape reflect forms
glimpse plasmatic future faces

time instantaneous to flow past
mirror mirror slips through hands
shard silver sliver pieces time bleeds
