She Found Me Out - Poem by Pradip Chattopadhyay

not handsome though
luck came my way
she found me out
loved me one day

loved me one day
then one day more
she gave me a place
took me indoor

took me indoor
let me be within
loved me the way
I had never been

I had never been
handsome though
she saw me through
in one go

    A lovely poem to read and savour. Lorraine Colon rightly said:
    'She saw the inner beauty, which is all that matters.'
    Loved the eloquence of the poem and the smooth flow of the words. Each stanza begins, except the first, with the last line of the previous stanza- this too is something unique.
