She's Looking - Poem by Josh Burnett

She's just looking for someone to love.
She's just looking for someone to hug.
She's just looking for that right guy to come.
She's just looking for that sweet emotion.
She's just looking for someone to hold her tight,
And tell her goodnight.
She's just looking for something that feels right in her life.
She's just looking for that guy to sweep her off her feet.
She's just looking for that kiss that could take her breath.
She's just looking for pain's death
So it won't stab at her chest.
She's just looking for that guy that could be her heartbeat.
She's just looking for everything that she needs.

I'll be that everything that you need.
I'll be your everything that you see.
I'll be everything to tell you what you mean.
I'll be your everything to rest your heart to keep.

She's just looking for the right kind of hand.
She's just looking for that guy to help her understand. j
She's just looking for the right on this cruel land.
She's just looking for someone who just can
Love her for her and not just her beautiful skin.
She's just looking for the pain to mend.
She just wants to be seen for who she really is deep within.
She's just looking for someone to raise her chin.
She's just looking for someone who doesn't care where she's been.
She's just looking for someone who can make her grin.
She's just looking for someone on which she can depend.
She's just looking for someone to call a friend.
She just wants to be able to love again.

I'll be that everything that you need.
I'll be your everything that you see.
I'll be everything to tell you what you mean.
I'll be your everything to rest your heart to keep.

I'll be everything that you are looking for.
