Short Tribute To The 1970s
In terms of popular culture, in my view,
The 1970s was the greatest decade.
It represented freedom in all that was new.
Even though most of it, was fuelled by cocaine!
How can anyone not enjoy and raise a smile or two to your closing last line(no pun intended) Nicely written and everyone I suppose has their favourite music related decade. 10+ and thanks for sharing Dominic.

Thanks Shaun. I was thinking of Bowie, Bolan various disco artists Studio 54 in New York at all that etc. who apparently took copious amounts of cocaine during the 1970s....made for one of an experimental, mind bogglingl decade as far as popular music was concerned..and just look at the fashions of those times...truly weird!
