Should I? Or I Should! Poem by Joana Marie Ferry

Should I? Or I Should!

Rating: 2.8

My mind trembles when I heard the voice
of dark and light and sorrow and happiness.
I could not resemble the images of thy choice -
Nor could I remove out thy weaknesses.

Thy eyes, thy nose, thy lips and thy mind
together molds me from head to toe
but questions are running circles in my mind
Hoping it could reach that sorrow.

Today, should I but tomorrow I should!
What if I should destroy it then should I be responsible on it?
Where should I hide if I should be against on it?
Why should I ask if I should do it!

I believe that we must be confident in expressing our true emotions. Words are just the instrument for expressing who you are.
