Show No Mercy
Axis not autumn
confirms life
movement
actions
change
as time
meanders
along demanding
all that is in its path…
What is marked in defiance
but promised compliance
disturbing of the peace
wasting the power…
As the catalyst, from
the true source alerts
against the censuring
of those things spiritual
these few moments are an
occasion for one's thoughts
to be displayed; and therein is
no choice in this enticement, for
within these moments, life is done
or made; humbled to the witness
of belief yet, change is hard, and
grief in it is deep enough to act
from the realm of souls that
does so surely exist and in
the success that marches
is an occurrence, heralding
through those prophetic seeds
not unlike an autumn leaves bonfire
signaling, it is time to show no mercy…
