Sigh-Soft Touch Of Dusk And Dawn Poem by Diana van den Berg

Sigh-Soft Touch Of Dusk And Dawn

Rating: 4.0

I felt your love-kiss
whisper-soft
on the tender of my forehead
as I lay me down to sleep
perchance to dream of you
in the ache of my inner-heart

and yes, that butterfly-breath
that caressed your lips
and smiled your eyes open
this grey-heart morning
in the velvet of the dawn
was my kiss-soul wish
for a sweet-remembering day
for you.

A nice, soft poem of love as smooth as velvet.
