Searching in the absence of humility…
Fictional significance and impurity
Creating a world of 'I want to be'
Convincing the world with hypocrisy

Caught in a self willed fable of invention
The mind is weary from the swift ascension
Stalling in a cloud of exhilarating dimension
Applause fades into a sea of transgressions

Restless waves are questioning ideals
Tossing hopes on a shore that reveals
Children are playing upon earthly fields…
Observing reality and what it yields
