Excellent.sometimes silence is no less than a melody.

There was only a rich content to astound. There was no living creature on the ground, There was only silence continuing to pound./////// great writings

P.S.: .. I'd love to be astounded by that ''profound sound'' your poem describes.. unfortunately, I am both oppressed by a very bad hearing and an unbearable tinnitus.. no ''silence sound'' for my ears.. never..

I welcome you to PH with an Italian translation of you poem: I looked around; I heard something profound, It was unusual sound; there was no tongue found, There was only a rich content to astound. There was no living creature on the ground, There was only silence continuing to pound. Mi guardai intorno; udii qualcosa di profondo, Era un suono insolito; in nessuna lingua risuonava, Ma la semplice ricchezza di contenuti era lì a stupire. Non c'era nessun essere vivente nell'intorno, Solo il silenzio che continuava a battere. Thanks for sharing and.. Keep on posting!
