Silence Yearns To Speak Poem by Yasmin Khan

Silence Yearns To Speak

Rating: 5.0

In wintery nights dark and deep
In the ebb when it walks on the beach
Longs for a listener in love’s breach
Silence In tears shed on a grave
In sighs on lips in rant and rave
With moonlight flows on the surface of a stream
When it treads with lingering beams
When it sails with the night bloom’s scent
Cherished memories, sighs are sent
When moments freeze in a cold hush
Silence yearns to speak like a stream that gush

Gorgeous flow, sprightly and generous like a gurgling mountain stream…crystal clear in appeal like beaten silver gushes out along a stream in a freshening hum, to far off village and clime... Fluid, easy on the tongue … great poetry artful skillful and captivating. The effortlessness is charming and absorbing. Liked a lot Blessings

''sighs '' used twice that can mar the quality of the poem, otherwise you have done a great job rather i say it is an excellent work when you personified the entity '' silence ''
