Silly Love Poems (For Paul Mccartney) Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Silly Love Poems (For Paul Mccartney)

Rating: 5.0

If the world is filled with silly little poems
There wouldn't be man vs.man,
Or either man vs. nature
Man vs. oneself
We wouldn't care if the love was black and white
Gay or Straight
Jew or Muslim
Because love would blind us all into acceptance
Until G-d would say it's good
And if the world was with silly love songs
Saying I love you
And my love doesn't come with a price tag
Or with a bullet
And if we part, we could be friends
Asthe radio would have so much love
Coming through the air
There would be no war
And we travel on life's highway
Enjoying the world rebornn'

This is so good that you should consider sending it to that Beatle! Outstanding, Lee Ann!
