Simple Things Poem by Jeri Martindale

Simple Things

Simplicity,
The smallest thing can be your most valued possession.

A smile that when seen by another could lead to the whole world smiling at a single moment in time, total peace and harmony, Wow!

You have felt this deep inside, feeling that you are the only being who noticed the calming effects of the little things in life, no your not alone.

Walking in the sunshine, on a cloudy day, watching a rainbow making its way to a pot of gold that will one day be yours if you follow your true color. You know, the ones of your purpose on this Earth. Follow those colors, they inspire balance inside

A climb up eventually leads to a coming down; however, don't let it be a bad thing: these walks often lead to an unexpected inheritance of feelings of complete balance and fullness.

Give the small things in life a chance; what may look like a lifetime of climbing will lead to your dreams coming true. If you take your time and know when to let your heart lead, your mind and body will follow. Finally, in tune.
