Sitting With Your Legs Crossed Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Sitting With Your Legs Crossed

Rating: 4.0

R-ise of the sun begins,
O-pening the day with light;
L-et twenty-first January
A-im to leave the night.
N-ew dawn has broken, bringing warmth to Saturday;
D-ark Friday is left behind, as the shadows walk away.

P-ouring rain from above
I-s nowhere in view;
N-o more mist and haze,
G-ray clouds fade into the blue.
O-pen your mind and know, erasing the mess and moss;
L-et your eyes observe things, while sitting with your legs crossed.
