Sliver Light Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Sliver Light

Silver light

The morning’s silver light shines and eyes
In action, re-action are china.

Fireworks, lions’ dance and papers in colors
(All around to skies)
Some hanging from kites as if tails; dragon’s.

People pass
Some raise hands to make shade
Some close lids of eyes
All cautious, not to look, not to fall

Observer waits for ride,
The mouse in, bus-stop.
