Small Sunshines Poem by Jennifer Birchall

Small Sunshines

Rating: 5.0

Not sure if winter is over
As morning coldness shivers my bones
Frozen rooftops wait for warmth
Like ice cubes in white wine

It's spring I want to enjoy wine
Sitting in gardens surrounded by daffodils
Golden glistening small sunshines
Can melt away this winter
