Smile As You Wake Up
S-mile as you wake up,
A-fter the long night of sleep;
R-ise up from the bed
O-f slumber sweet and deep.
J-ust smile as you wake up,
I-nstead of wearing a frown;
N-icely face the break of day,
I-t will never let you dawn.
N-ever doubt the promise of dawn,
A-s it will make the rain stop;
I-nclement clime will disappear,
D-o smile as you wake
U-p.
