So Much Poem by Marilyn Jean

So Much

Rating: 5.0

So much could not be said
Nor hope to be understood
About her situation

See she would have left
Or hope to stop crying
If it been easy or a solution

None saw it but her
The form this was taking
So subtle yet always unexpected
And not open to any discussion

All for her at home
The women was the object
Always have been

His prey, however strong or soft

Nobody ever believed, maybe mum, maybe
It would have been so hard to
Nobody ever wanted either
So for now she would not go to bed

Could not do this, this nor that
Yet had to tolerate this and again that
He got help and she got stuck, thank you so much

So much was unfair here, see
Life was, sure there was worst
Look, for now she could still sing, work

Coming here was frown upon
Many things were, did youknow?
What had she done to travel here?
So long ago, she was tired now

If at least he would say
Argue with her make peace quickly today
but no his silent storm would last through the night
All against her, just because
And nothing else at all and she would never know
