Sober Gardener Poem by Dr Dillip K Swain

Sober Gardener

Rating: 5.0

A feeble, simple and sober gardener
Though carped by his clan and benefactor
But he utterly enjoys and relishes his passion
To have a gifted and worthy occupation!

His kin wanted him coveted trade
To earn value through sheer accolades
His fortune drove him in disparate ways
He is contented with inimitable joys!
God's sublime scheme he adores
The given paradise he admires
His joys are vocal utterances
In the bed of emerald grasses!

Don't ask him something different
He is naïve, unreservedly indifferent!
