Some Kind Of Sign Poem by Smoky Hoss

Some Kind Of Sign

Rating: 5.0

We feel apart
'twas so long, long ago,
ran out of paradise
with no particular place to go.
Ages upon ages
generations have come and gone,
searching for the right
in a world of wrong.
And now here am I
like those before me,
looking through humanities fog
finding it hard to see.
I'm left here trying
just doing my thing,
digging into the wreckage
finding what life shall bring.
We're all in this together
doing our time,
coming and going
searching for some kind of sign.
