Some Place Else
Mankind visiting
other planets
that may be
better worse
or just as bad
as earth
the planet
upon which we
were born
a place to live
a place to die
planet earth
the only planet
that we have
successfully lived
mankind
is interested
in finding
other planets
want to learn
what it would be like
to live on them!
like monkeys
in their cage
trying so hard
to get out
some of mankind
keeps trying
to go some place else!

So far, Earth is the only planet with all the necessary ingredients to sustain human life. There has been much science fiction written about living on another planet in an artificial environment, but who would want that? And what happens when the oxygen of that contained environment runs out? There's no place like home!
