Somewhere in the world, someone has died.
I don’t know these people,
But I know they’re gone,
And nothing can bring them back.
I don’t need to know these people.
Because what they have left behind,
Are the people who love them,
Filled with pain and anger.
People die all the time,
Every second of every day,
And we don’t know why,
Why they’re gone.
So when you see someone sad,
Remember that they could have lost someone dear,
Because somewhere in the world,
Someone has died.
